5 stars for speed and price but jesus do they need to be more transparent. I brought my s23 ultra in to replace the screen. They quoted me a very low price, which i was happy with, until i got my phone back. The replacement screen was much smaller than OEM. Huge black bars all around. They never told me i would get a non standard screen. I would have given a 1 star, but they refunded me 100% and undid the repair. Just annoyed at wasting 3 hours. Tell your customer what theyre getting.

I did not have a good experience there. Would not recommend using them. I will go elsewhere in the future.

My phone was having a ton of issues charging, it was very finicky and I had to attach the cable in a certain way or else it wouldn't charge-- and then if I knocked it at all it would stop. I took it into these guys to try to get the charger port replaced, and the guy says "give me a second," he tests it on his charger there, goes into the back room for a minute, comes back out, tests it again and it's working. He said the charger port was just dirty. Didn't charge me anything. (Update: A second time! There was a software glitch where my phone wouldn't quite turn on and couldn't restart. Came in and the guy forced it to restart. Took about a minite. Worked like new.)

Highly recommend, outstanding service. Replaced the battery on my Nexus 6P in about an hour, it's like I have a new phone now with battery life. Price was less than the places in Phoenix! EDIT: back again after a few years, same great service!
