Such a nice hotel for the area, but the Railroad trains ran their horns all day and night. Clean rooms, smell nice, and the blow dryer sparked and fell apart.

The staff at the hotel were so accommodating! The breakfast was delicious, and the beds were comfy. Food & drinks: Free breakfast!

Bedsheets had stains, bathroom had what looked like black mold (see pictures), blackout curtains were unable to close (rail stopped halfway).

This hotel stay was of such low quality, I almost left the moment I came. I grabbed onto Gods robe to bear through the rest of the stay The moment I walked into the hotel, my nostrils were hit with an onslaught of chemical smell. I thought great, they have the front door open, the smell will be gone soon. And definitely this smell is not in my room. no way. Just endure this hotel lobby, baby, and my room will be my safe haven. Nope. The smell got five times worse in my room my entire day Ive had to endure this disgusting chemical smell, which for a very natural person like myself, is like putting myself back at McDonalds and expecting myself to thrive at life. I quite literally did not want to breathe here, if that is possible. I did all things possible. The window has been opened since the moment I came, even with chilly temperatures. I endured the chilly because I wanted to freshen up the air in the room. Not even that made a dent in the smell. As I walk away, my long hair and all my clothes all of this chemical. I am now walking advertisement I have dreadlocks, so getting this smell out of my hair may take lot more than most people. Moving on. All the other details of my stay are just as undesirable. The woman at the front desk yesterday and checked in so many gas she was barely cognizant with me. Then, I was excited to get to my room and unload my car and worries and check out my room and the excited childlike manner that most have when getting to our new hotel room. Nope. On side of chemicals got 10 times worse as soon as I opened the door. The room is freaking tiny. I had major plans of relaxing in my room with my yoga blocks and stretching out after a day of skiing and taking the time to really heal my body during my stay here. Not enough room in THIS hotel room to do anything short of watch the tv. Little space. Crammed. Packed. Can barely rotate in here. Come to sleep, dont come to play. All hopes of becoming a better, more flexible, woman before bedtime, out the window that is open I need to clean up the air! The last major disappointment I was excited to get a hotel with breakfast, because I was as single person, that time in a community setting means a lot to me. There is not much at hotels I eat because I dont believe in chemically processed and unrecognizable fake food like fruit loops and hotel waffles and dyed yogurts. So, onto the oatmeal it is! The moment I showed up the only available serving platter was a Styrofoam bowl. Absolutely not. So terrible for the bodies endocrine system. no problem! Ill go get my glass Pyrex so that I feel good about eating this hot oatmeal. I come back three minutes later and the oatmeal is GONE! Breakfast is from 6AM to 10 AM! Five minutes before breakfast ended, the lady, of all the things available to us for breakfast, she took the oatmeal pot and dumped it! So I literally have nothing in my stomach, and I am hungry as I write this! At a hotel with a free breakfast! I walked back to my room, upset and disappointed, but I thought no worries. I have hot tea now at least I brought my own mug and I have hot tea to drink! HOT!? HOT!? You know in the Bible, where it says, if you are neither hot nor cold, but if you are lukewarm, I will spew you out of my mouth! This sh** was lukewarm! Summary of visit: 1) Hit with chemicals at the moment, I walked in and the stench persisted at the same level if not more time went on . I needed to ask the front desk woman to register my key for me so I could actually get into my own room. 2) As an athlete, I couldnt stretch or do exercises in my own room. There was just not the space. 3) I am leaving this hotel hungry. The one item of food I held out hopes for got dumped in the trash before breakfast was over. My last hope - hot tea - was a disgusting lukewarm. I am hungry right now.
