Great views of the mountains, attached diner with excellent food, indoor heated pool & jacuzzi, gym room, spacious & clean rooms.... will be returning next Flagstaff trip (free coffee but breakfast is about $10)

Dear Owners of Days Hotel, Flagstaff,
I flew into Flagstaff to attend a memorial service last Saturday. In preparation for my one night stay, I reviewed the amenities of various hotels in the area with the hope of finding one that met my needs. As I have Celiac disease, I was delighted to learn that your hotel had an on-site restaurant with a menu that clearly identifies gluten-free main dishes, as well as sides.
When I called to make the hotel reservation, I was treated with utmost care and friendliness by Jessica at the front desk. She assured me I would be placed in an upstairs business room so that I could get undisturbed sleep the night before the service.
When I called back to explain that the service was at 11:00 a.m. (after check out) and I did not feel it appropriate to take my bags with me to the church, Jessica assured me I could leave them in a locked closet near the front desk, and that I would be able to use a private restroom in the lobby to change for my flight after the service. This experience was just the first of many I enjoyed with your employees, both in the hotel and at the restaurant.
When I checked in, I was met by two young women at the front desk. Both went out of their way to assist me with information about how to get a car to the service in the morning, about how much time to allow, etc. As promised, my room was very quiet, but also comfortable, clean, and equipped with a patio offering a delightful view of the snow-capped mountains.
I ate both dinner and breakfast at the on-site Northern Pines restaurant, and found both the food and service to be exceptional. From the hostess, to the server, to the busser, everyone went out of their way to make sure I felt comfortable and at home. The margarita was delicious, too!
I wish to commend you all, as each and every member of your staff works diligently to convey the highest standard of friendliness, kindness, and top-notch customer service.

I can't say enough about the front desk staff. There were two ladies working this Saturday and we're both welcoming and helpful. Torie however, was just a step above! Warm welcome with eye contact and pleasant tone, great check in experience and was able to give us the rundown on the local experiences! She even put us in a nice room on a preferred floor. From someone that worked in a high end hotel for almost 8 years with received awards in customer service, I was very grateful for her!!
Room had all amenities needed and was quite spacious. I did have a small housekeeping issue and reach out. The front desk was happy to facilitate a resolution of having the team pop into my room. Unfortunately wasn't quite resolved. If someone from housekeeping management has time to reach for some positive feedback via email at your convenience that would be greatly appreciated.
