I was actually next door at the rec center but I know people who have lived here. No complaints, maintenance was on top of things, apartments were clean and everything worked

Currently live here I love my apartment and everything about it the only downside is the parking. You get squatters who crash with their friends and take resident parking forcing some of us to park down the street and management wont address it Traci in the office is wonderful quick responses and always helping. I just with us that pay rent there and have our vehicles registered there on our leases would get priority parking over squatters. Theres times I come home at midnight from work and a car is parked in every spot even the limited hours for the office parking and theres always a car parked by the trash can all night long

I had an Apartment here in 2019 The management was questionable often getting upset about the smallest things. They had a policy where you can take a picture of neighbors and tell on someone for anything like not smoking in the right area or if your dog goes to the bathroom not the dog area and you get rewarded for telling on people. So neighbors would take photos you had to smoke a cigarette across the red line like or you would get in trouble. The walls are so thin you can hear everything around you above and below and on both sides. We had multiple Noise complaints even though It was just me and my girlfriend no kids we are quite. Every weekend you wake up to the sound of kids screaming because of the park in the center of the apartment complex so there was no sleeping in even with the windows and doors closed you can hear everything. The air vents have never been cleaned. There is a thick layer of black Mold in each air vents. If you open it now I guarantee it still hasnt been cleaned. They kept our whole Deposit, even though we had our Apartment professionally Cleaned up on moving out with receipts to show. And five years later, I just got a report that I still owe money for whatever reason. We paid $1,300 a month The apartment is extremely over priced and is ran poorly. Because the police station is across the street and the cops have nothing better to do in Cottonwood they constantly Patrol the parking lot And they will send 5 police officers or more for a noise complaint. This was a horrible first experience at an apartment I cannot recommend finding somewhere else to live enough.

I enjoyed living here, it was always very clean and my neighbors were nice. The unit itself was spacious and in good repair. Management staff was only there a few days a week but they have multiple properties where it is easy to always reach someone and maintenance was always very responsive. If I were to ever move back I most definitely would come back here
