We want it to be known that Billy, whom takes care of the property and its tenants, is an outstanding and astute employee and individual. His diligence in his work and his positive mentality that comes with it, let alone his frindly and compassionate nature, truly makes him an indispensable part of this community. We want to formally and personally thank Billy for his efforts, his ability and his heart. We are grateful for his kind interactions, his presence and his work.

Its okay; dated. There is a pool and small playground with a slide. Animal friendly.

Ive lived here, two times in approximately 4 years, and have been grateful for both apartments. The management and maintenance staff have always been great. We previously lost our very special manager Tamra, and she Will missed greatly. It literally made me feel like we lost a family member here or something, because she cared about us greatly. Im sure they will find another that meets there standards, and Im sure we will be happy again. This is a great place to live for the simple fact that , the corporation and management teams care for the residents. Always upgrading or doing something to help conserve for society as well. Thats important.

LOVE IT HERE. Ive been here a solid month now and have really enjoyed it. It is in a great location, quiet and clean. Tamra and Michael are very kind and responsive and helpful. Im hoping for the opportunity to renew my lease when this one is up. Id love to stay here for at least a few years! ***EDIT: I wanted to add to this because Ive been here almost a year now. I still love it here and feel great about being here. I renewed my lease for another year. Great place, great team.
