I would give 0 stars if allowed I completed the Application Paid for the $300 deposit holding fee Paid for the $45 application fee Paid for another fee All together over $350 I paid it off of my credit card I didn't get the apartment I don't get the $300 back on the credit card I have to wait a week or 2 to have them send me a check Maybe that should be the first page instead of the last page that it's not a guaranteed apartment Thanks for letting me down Have a nice day

I love this property! I lived here for 3 years and management Renee! & Staff are great ! Very personal and welcoming! I would definitely recommend to someone in the area looking for a wonderful place to live and be part of a close community!

I have lived at Sagewood since 2017 and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT! Bella Management is an awesome company, Renee is an EXCELLENT property manager. She is always available, she's very friendly, and always smiling. JT in maintenance, is also very friendly, and is willing to answer any questions and is very respectful. Both Renee and JT go out of their way to make sure that the residents are happy and comfortable. I DEFINITELY, recommend Sagewood Apartments to anyone who is looking for a nice, well kept, quiet, but fun apartment community.

Absolutely LOVED my time at Sagewood. Spent just under two years living here by myself which, as a 20 something woman, naturally brought on some stress and worry. All that was squashed pretty quick. I felt safe and respected during my entire time here. my two cats were also gratefully accepted, which can be hard to find. Not only that, but it was affordable as well. The property manager Rene was beyond wonderful. Always friendly, timely, and willing to answer any questions I had. & JT, the maintenance man, was always incredibly respectful. He made sure I was comfortable and aware of the situation whenever he had work to do in the apartment! I couldnt have asked for a better place for my first solo living. I will be recommending to everyone I know.
