        My husband had an eye injury they couldn't treat. They set up an appointment with an eye doctor to see us immediately and most importantly they refunded our payment.

        They are not likely to respect their online checkin system, and they wont let you wait in the car to avoid getting sick from other folks who are waiting. Staff at the front desk were rude and disinterested. All of us patients were required to wear masks, but they took their masks off routinely. They also discussed their own pay loudly and for an extended period of time along with how they hoped to maximize their pay schedules. I visited on New Years Day at 12 noon, on the off chance that anyone at the corporate offices would like to follow up with on their unprofessional and poor performance.

        This place change after they changed ownership about a month ago . It used to be really friendly and professional. My son went there with 104 fever, influenza confirmed, and left without a prescription. Being 18yr they do not even allow a family member to go in at the ER tonight this place will be sued if something happens to him!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR YET TO BE YOUNG ADULT AS THEY DO NOT TAKE INTO ACCOUNT THAT AT THIS AGE, THEY WILL NOT SPEAK UP AS AN ADULT WHO SENDS SOMEONE HOME WITH A 104 FEVER !!! TERRIBLE PLACE & NOT ANYMORE QIUR QUALIFIED STAFF LOOK AT THE REPLY FROM THIS BUSINESS .. THEY ONLY REPLY TO WHO GAVE A 5 STARS.. ANOTHER TERRIBLE SERVICES AS IT SEEMS THAT THEY DO NOT WANT TO IMPROVE ..
