I highly recommend HonorHealth/FastMed Urgent Care. No one wants to end up needing medical care, especially during the weekend. The turnaround time from entering the facility until my appointment was complete was less than an hour. I was treated by the entire staff with kindness and respect. Clean and friendly environment. As soon as you walk in you're immediately greeted by the front desk. Appointments and walk-ins were handled in a timely manner.

Do NOT come here. I made an online appointment, showed up 10 minutes early just to be told theyre a little behind. So they would like me to wait an addition 40 minutes before being seen. Im pretty sure I tore my rotary cuff sitting in a chair for 45-50 minutes after making an appointment is not a option! Do NOt waste your time.

Sadly I cant give zero stars. My husband had an appointment for a pre-employment drug test. He walked in alone at first since it was supposed to be quick but the old lady at the front desk was super rude. He let her know that he had an appointment and if he could be checked in. She didnt even want to do that and ignored him. She told him she would check him in after everyone else was attended.(checking in literally took 5 mins) We ended up leaving and came back at around 6:30pm when there was only one person waiting. I decided to get off since I speak English and maybe there had been a misunderstanding. She was very rude, she doesnt greet anyone and she has no customer service skills what so ever. She gave me attitude while she asked for my husbands info but didnt like it when I gave attitude back as I responded. She wanted to treat my husband as if he were dumb or something which wasnt going to happen on my watch. The rest of the staff was okay though. Took about two hrs for a quick urine test. Avoid this clinic!!!! Didnt get her name but old lady had short hair and glasses. If you end up going here, try and avoid this lady and if you end up having to deal with her, dont even mind trying to be nice.
