I am new and trying to get established and get my prescriptions switched over from my previous doctor. I had to try to text/email and call repeatedly to get someone to call me back. I have little confidence that my messages will be responded to and dont know the best way to communicate. So far Im unimpressed.

We are also welcoming new patients and are seeing patients in-person and virtually when deemed medically necesary. One Medical Seniors - Sun Lakes is a primary care physician's practice dedicated to and designed especially for seniors on Medicare. We know that when you invest in relationships with people, you can help them live happier and healthier lives. That's why at One Medical Seniors, patients get a provider and care team dedicated to their care. Together the team spends more time with patients to address their questions and concerns and listens to understand their health goals.
