First time patient with Dr Blackmond and she was great. Thorough and not just there to push pills.

This place has the ability to be a great medical facility. Staff is helpful and so far, the Doctors Ive seen are great. I would of have giving it 4 stars if it wasnt for the lack of getting a hold of medical staff when you call and have important questions. It takes forever to get a medical staff member to answer it. One time it took 1 week thats not good medical care nor is it productive. No medical facility is perfect, but I hope things change and change quickly in this regard. I might have to change medical facilities. Please do something about this. This is a trend as you can see from the comments and other people Ive talked to.

I never have written a bad review of a place but I was treated so poorly that I hope to spare anyone from going there. I needed to get some blood work done, so I decided to give Banner shot. Not only did the doctor I saw tell me that I was overreacting about some of serious symptoms I had. She dismissed everything I was saying and wouldnt even listen to me. I had to beg this doctor to refer me elsewhere to get a second opinion. Come to find out, I went to a specialist and this is a very serious issue. If I would have not said anything and spoken up this issue would have gone in the dark. The office also took down my insurance information wrong and sent me a bill that I had to work with my insurance to get covered. Despite my issue with Banner, I really liked our pediatrician so I took my daughter to her 4 month check up. Only to be told that the doctor had retired. The lady at the front desk told me that they could get me seen in 40 minutes. I expressed in a very calm way how I was frustrated because I had gotten a text the day prior to confirm my appointment and that its not easy waiting with a baby. She was so rude and made me feel like I was crazy. I saw another family come up and they had the same thing happen. After waiting for 40 minutes the same lady at the front desk calls me up and says we actually cant see you today She was so rude I left crying because it was so frustrating and she talked to me like I was crazy. I will never take my daughter back to a place that doesnt respect my time. I am a working mom so I had to take off another sick day to take her to her new doctors office. This is the worst doctors office I have ever been too. They have no respect for your time, your feelings and dont care to listen.
