Long wait times and very difficult to follow-up with them after consultation. I was not happy with my experience there as a patient. On top of that, they use a 3rd party administrator who faced a cybersecurity breach on Nov 14, 2023 which leaked patients health information. I got to know 3 months later from the administrator on Feb 15 - no heads up from BDP though! Disappointed with my experience there and highly recommend others to stay away.

After sitting in an over crowded waiting room I was seen by a tech that did all the testing. Then shown to another crowded waiting area to wait for the doctor. 2 hours after I checked in I was finally in a room. More waiting. Finally seen by the doctor. He asked me a couple of questions, had his assistant write up and generate an eyeglass prescription, and then left. He was in the room no more than 5 min. Before he left he said if the prescription wasn't working for me to come back. Nope. Already wasted 3 hours of my life. Not going back to do it again. Also mentioned that I should come back for an eye health screening. Again no. Everywhere I have gone before does eye health screening and prescription in yearly exam. Seems like an extra money maker to me. If you have hours to spend for nothing by all means this place is for you. 1 star for friendly staff.
