This place is the worst! When I went to pick up dry cleaning I noticed right away my dress shirts were wrinkled. Had to stand there and wait while the manager, Monica, apologized and redid them. That shouldve been a red flag to check the rest of the dry cleaning order because when my wife went to put on a expensive sweater a week or two later she discovered they had shrunken it several sizes smaller. When I went back to the store they denied any responsibility and even tried to claim the sweater I had was a different color. The manager, Monica, passed my concern onto the owner, Lyna, who contacted me from a 801 area code which is Utah. She was as rude and obnoxious as could be. I could tell right away she was not going to work with me when she kept talking over me. Very annoying On top of everything she hung up on me. I highly suggest you avoid this business at all costs.

Awesome dry cleaner! Their customer service is unmatched, their attention to detail is impeccable, AND they truly follow through - they call me when Im too forgetful/lazy to pick up my things. Fresh Cleaners on Ray for the win!!
