Charged me $90 for what TLC previously charged me $45 for. The service was excellent. It's only the price that I don't like.

After calling to confirm that they could clean two carpets I had just purchased, I was handed two damp, stretched out of shape rugs, that were heavily stained on the previously creamy white backs and charged $180. The owner tried to say the colors bled through to the backing. (It did not!) The stains were a dirty rusty brown color and covered most of the backing. When I asked for a refund he gave me 20 dollars. I am SO disappointed in this cleaner and the lack of accountability and proper care of my dry cleaning. I feel they should not have charged me to return my carpets to me in WORSE condition than when I brought them in.
