I wish I could give zero stars. Always always rude. I kept going back because it is down the street. Way expensive and no coupons. Today was the final straw- picked up my daughters ROTC uniform It has animal hair all over it. It was not pressed or ironed at all It doesn’t look cleaned in the slightest and actually looks dirty unlike when I dropped it off It came back to us with a ring around her neck. I called and the manager was gone. I told the girl at the location what happened and she told me I could call back tomorrow. I called the other location where manager is and a new girl answered the phone. I asked if I could have the manager call me back and she said if it is urgent he will try. I told her what happened and that I was upset and she said ‘ok call back. We thank you for your business.’ Sarcastic much? Unacceptable
