With Great communications, they managed vendors and replaced them when needed with better options to finish our complex project. They have been at our side with the handful of normal warranty issues that have shown up in the yeaar we have been living our new home. I did a complete remodel with Alair and couldn't be more pleased with the final results. The quality of the workmanship in every aspect from architectural design, kitchen cabinets to tile and flooring install is impeccable. The team at Alair was professional, supportive and expressed genuine interest in my project. Starting with the managing partner Jeff Gorszczyk who kept me informed on a regular basis on budget, cost and what to expect. George, my project manager was in contact with me and on site almost daily keeping me calm and on track. Allison, the designer who helped me create a home that I can't wait to come home to and feel like I'm on vacation every day. Thank you all so very much. I would do a full remodel again with Alair in a heartbeat...But have no intention of ever moving out of my beautiful home.

We just finished an unplanned remodel for our master bathroom due to a broken pipe. George and his team of specialists did an incredible job! If you are looking for a general contractor who understands quality, the importance of clear communication and on-time delivery - look no further! My husband and I were highly impressed and would use him again in a heart beat.

My wife and I after a long search for a builder hired Alair Homes of Chandler.
