6 years later after a new build and still fixing huge errors. Yesterday I had to crawl through the attic to add a support for a light fixturer that fell from the ceiling, short screws were drilled into sheet rock. The list goes on with us hiring other people to redo and undo what ELITE should have done right.

Arizona Elite Builders quoted us a very competitive price, and the change orders were less than 10% of total cost. Our project manager, David B., was extremely honest and professional. This company remodeled my neighbor's house and was recommended to me. They did a great job and the only negative was a few supply chain issues due to COVID - which is completely out of their control. Our front porch extension was not one of their biggest jobs but they gave us outstanding results. Our project manager, David B., was professional and flexible. The outcome was beautiful. We couldn't be happier!

This is an honest post - therefore I will say the guys who do NOT work in the office are GREAT! I was hired as a 1099 admin assistant to clean up and organize. My background is in accounting and a very experienced accountant, therefore, what I was doing was peanuts compared to what I am used to. I left a great management company to basically be babysat everyday. The only benefit to working there was living 5 minutes away as they do not offer, sick pay, PTO, 401k or medical. After they ended my "contract" I was told by multiple employees that I was bad mouthed by the Owner and another employee calling me an "idiot" and that I probably filed for unemployment. Too bad for them I was hired 2 days later with a Inc 500 company, Business Journal Award winner and Ranking Arizona award winner. I believe these kind of reviews are needed for job seekers who apply to a smaller business.
