After considering several builders to construct our dream home, we ended up picking Starwood because of everyone who told us their integrity was unmatched. We got to witness this first hand as we built during 2021/2022 with the supply and labor shortages in full swing.
Somehow they were still able to complete the build by the original expected completion date.
Very impressed by Michael, Jason, Trent, Denise, and the entire Starwood team for their unbelievable commitment to quality, integrity, and taking care of their customers. Service: Home building

Worked here awhile ago I loved working for 90% of the guys. Had problems just with vehicle maintenance working anywhere from sun city to far east mesa falcon field with only gas paid for so useless to work here with your own vehicle. Like any other company the 10% were hard to work for absolutely no communication nor being at the house never. Overall the company is a success in my opinion with the people in office. just with bad contractors that don't care about anything but money so it's hard to find good electricians framers etc. And the other laborers had no juice no effort typical not starwoods fault. The people they hire like any other company are the ones that fail miserably its hard in this generation to find good work to match. Hopefully you work with David or trent or Josh or brian or the guys in the office will take care of you you shouldnt fail here as a home buyer unless the trades do it or you end up with one specific project manager lmao trust me they better than the other two places ive worked alot better. One or two bad apples is alot better than 50% of the company screwing off not saying no names.

We are very happy with our choice to use Starwood to build our custom home.  They were the only builder who took the time to work with us to build our dream home within our budget.  We broke ground in September of 2020 and had our challenges along the way (pandemic, labor and material shortages, price hikes) but Starwood was able to deliver on their promises and complete our home. The process was not without some issues but we were constantly kept in the loop and made to feel important.  Big shout out to Trent Duncan, Daniel Haber and Stacey Permana.  Trent took control of our project after a prolonged delay and despite all our challenges pushed the project to completion and always addressed all our concerns with positivity and a smile.  Daniel Haber is an exceptional project manager.  Daniel stepped in at a low point in our project and tirelessly pushed our project to completion. He always represented our best interest and treated our home and concerns with top priority.  Stacey held my hand through design selections and was amazing at keeping me on task and entertaining all my design ideas.  This house truly took a village to build and we were pleased we chose Starwood to be our builder.
