Farmers Insurance - Kara Knight

This is the last place you should go for insurance I was with her for four years and it just kept getting worse for one she doesnt know how to talk to people she tells you one thing and then doesnt even do anything about you have to ask her to do something two or three times. I tried to be is nice as I could to her as if she was the customer whats wrong with this picture. This lady is very unprofessional. She lies. I ask her to add coverage to a car she tells me its done then I find out she never put it on the vehicle. I get my renewal and the coverage is different than before but the insurance goes up I call back to have it put back on. Kara K tells me that I never had it. After she looks it up and found out that I did have it she gets all upset like its my fault. I tried to be patient with her and tell her that ok but please make sure its put back on. Next time its the same thing and then I get in a car accident and then find out she took off rental car . And the list goes on. I just want Car insurance not the next comedy skit but I hope this lady really get some help. She needs anger management. And she was not happy about that. I made sure that my bill was paid in full and that left and then she turns me into collections for $17 little does she know that Farmers handled it? And then Farmers removed it she said it was a mistake on her end.

Kara is a top notch insurance agent. She has been my new agent since I arrived in AZ Jan 2022. Homeowners and Auto policies with us. Always friendly and responds/replies in a timely fashion.
