Hi RaulI’m sorry you were not able to get a quote from our agency. As the owner it is always important for me and my staff to meet all of our client’s needs. While I do not want to read into your interpretation of her being disconnected. I did take the time to review this with her. Several things came up. One that you wanted to move forward quickly which is not a bad thing but we do need to go through the process of collecting all pertinent data to give you an accurate quote. She mentioned that you did not want to share your dec pages which gives us the company and exact coverages. It can make a big difference when we find coverages do not match or that coverage is not in place. Also we do not want to duplicate efforts that are already in place or have been done for you by other agencies. You had mentioned you had already worked with a broker.I assure you she did not single you out for special questioning it is simply what we need as a broker to go to our many companies. We have over 35 companies we work with and each has different questions that need to be answered. This unfortunately means we need more details than say if you just go quote with one captive agent. Yes we take more time than a single company and can irritate those who are in a hurry and looking for immediate gratifications. But it is far less than if you call multiple companies.She remembers your call and said that after expressing the items she would need to do a good job for you that you stated this was not going to go anywhere and hung up on her. I am sorry if the complexities of working with a broker were not made as clear to you as they could be. Our success rate for our clients are high saving well over 60% of those quoted on their insurance. But it is a process and one designed to protect both you and us by collecting the accurate information and then us taking the time with multiple companies so you don’t have to.We try our hardest for all those who approach us for service.
