I was very pleased with the efficient, expedient service I received from Amber and her associates. I had received notice from another agency that they cancelled my homeowners due to the age of my roof. All-State did not question the roof paperwork I had and quickly gave me insurance. This lead me to do in depth inspecting of my roof and necessary repair work altho Allstate did not require this. They did, however, issue a credit for the work that was done. Their efficiency and professionalism is superior.

Best quotes in town, and the staff was so friendly and personable. Ive had coverage here for a while and I recommend them to everyone.

Beware. I added my GF to this scam artist of an insurance agency. They insisted she add renters insurance policy to her car policy even though they were told no not interested. They promised this would save money on the car insurance because of adding a second policy. They added the coverage that was turned down anyways. When I asked for a cost breakdown of the car insurance with and without the renters policy as I suspected it was more money with the renters policy and they said oh wow I guess you were right. Because of this greed not only did they lose my girlfriends policy but my homeowners policy, both of my cars and my RV insurance. We called and canceled all policies to cancel on the last day of January and today we received a bill for almost $9 for a bill on February 9th or 9 days after the policy was canceled. Hey Amber please remember 2 things. Math never lies and Pigs get fat and Hogs get slaughtered and with all of your Shady and kinky business practices you will get slaughtered. YOU WILL GET OVER CHARGED BY THIS SCAM OF ALLSTATE AGENT....feel free to read my other reviews as you will notice most are very positive as I hate writing bad reviews as much as I hate being lied to while being screwed over and not getting a kiss after.

"I love this place" Most insurance companies are like visiting a dentist! Not here, Amber in her staff are phenomenal. Even if you "knew you had to many sweets" over the holidays, it's no problem. This is a insurance company that you can feel 100% comfortable talking about all your driving, home, and business insurance needs. Even if I'm afraid to tell them something, I rest assure because I know in past experiences it was a breeze. So if anyone is looking for a great insurance company and a great staff ; visit Amber in Surprise, AZ - off Bell Rd. You will not be disappointed.
