Update: the manager, Ricky, contacted me promptly to address my concerns. Which I appreciate. We discussed this situation in entirety and he was genuinely concerned about what I had to say. I appreciated that a lot. And I will commend management for not being afraid to reach out and resolve an issue. So Im changing my 1 star to a 3. Im not one to go back and leave a negative review if I can be helped by another party. However, I have been in the market for a family friendly vehicle for 5 months in this market, and was looking to trade my sports car. I reached out to 4 Kia dealerships total. I just purchased my K5 through Sands Kia this last weekend. My experience with them blew me out of the water, and truly highlighted the issues I had with Rodeo. Firstly, when I came to Rodeo for my appointment they could not be bothered to tell me prior to my commute that the vehicle I was looking for was already sold. The salesman I was to work with at the time couldnt even be bothered to greet me. Secondly, I was more than aware of the situation regarding trading my prior vehicle. Im not uneducated, I worked for a credit union vehicles titles department. I have a pretty good idea as to how loans work, especially with any kind of negative equity. Thirdly, I found it extremely unacceptable that the staff made a joke about gap insurance. As in, deliberately totaling my vehicle to get out of a loan. How do you think that would make anyone feel? Finally, I was given my full KBB value on my vehicle and then some. They probably didnt have to, but they demonstrated immense compassion and understanding. Truly goes to show how some dealerships have been treating people lately. I was honestly shocked as to how I was treated here, I was even referred by a family member.

Needed to have some emergency services done and the service center got me checked in, set, and kept me up to date. Managed expectations and got me squared away on time and back on the road. The advisor(Dillion) I spoke to was very helpful provided plenty of options. It was thanks to him and his team I had a great experience.
