This dealership is a fraud. Don’t waste your hard earned money with them. They don’t care about their customers. Purchase a new vehicle for for our growing family and its been nothing but problems. Have tried to work with them to get it corrected but they can’t answer the phones for help or even bother to call you back. Buyer beware!!!!!! I bet the mangers and team that fallow the review don’t even have the guts to reach and try and fix it. AGAIN DON’ WAIST YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!!

The blocked my husbands review. So here I go. My husband called to get a pre-approval. They quoted him a high interest rate. Then went to a finance company which gave a rate of lower than 4%. Pulled my husbands credit after he specifically told them not to and that we had already had pre-approval. Pulled his credit twice. We have bought several vehicles here. Things seemed shady on this transaction. Especially since we came in with good credit and money to put down. I’d highly recommend coming in preapproved before stepping in this place. They probably get incentives from using a “preferred lender”. I’d highly recommend going to another Nissan dealer. These people are not your friends. Nor are they on your side when it comes to a transaction. They are here to make money off of you, not to be your pal.
