It was time for a new car. My nephew, who works at Tesla, said go look at whats happening at Kia. I called and got an appointment with Alfred Cordero. He was knowledgeable and friendly. He understood what I wanted; he introduced me to his bosses and service department. They all made me feel good about getting a Kia. I love my new car; it exceeds my expectations. And Alfred has been amazing; always available for my questions.

Very nice staff. Definitely made the purchase experience painless. Ryan went out of his way to be kind and patient, even picking us up at our house to take us to the dealership. Even the finance guy was cool. Left feeling good, not ripped off.

This place doesn't deserve one star but it's the minimum available. We had an outdated Navigation program in our 2017 Optima. The Service Dept. was apparently the WRONG place to check, as they said we'd need a whole new head/stereo unit, . I decided I wouldn't get the oil change that we needed at a place like this! We then went to the Parts Dept. of Royal Kia and asked them how much for a currently programed Data Card. The Friendly Counter Person told me a much more reasonable price, chuckled at Jim Click Kia's solution, and told me the least expensive way was to download it myself from the website he gave me. You can probably guess who doesn't get our service work from now on?

We just got off the phone with our friends who were looking for a car just like ours. They were afraid they would never be able to get what they wanted because of so little inventory. We told them to call Joe Geck and if there was anyone who could get a Sportage hybrid, it would be him. Wow! Joe made it happen for our friends and they are ecstatic! He was able to go 1 step farther and not only get them the color they want but also a plug in phev. Many thanks for being proactive and making a trade in state to get just the car they want. Good work!
