I like how the Crimsonview governing documents are not available for HOA's overseen by these people. RUN FAR FAR AWAY FROM HOA's.

If I could give 0 or negative stars I would. Wasted my time for over a week, doesnt even have the decency to call back and inform of their decision even if unfavorable. Especially after talking on the phone for a long time, couldnt get her to take time to even show it to us. Why would I want to drive up and peek through windows? Thats absurd, is it actually a trashy unit and they dont want it to be seen? I wouldnt dare rent without seeing the place first. Still havent been told why they wasted my time and didnt approve us when they just want someone to take care of the unit. My husband is a carpenter with a high end company and we are a little single family of 3 who have great references. They lowered the price on the unit and still havent rented it, they want responsible renters but are making it cheaper, to find what? Doesnt make sense. Very weird company and I will never try to do business with them again. Its unfortunate they handle many rentals out here in the Valley. I recently found out they even told my friend that since they dont have a current landlord they will pick someone else, so being a nurse with a husband that works in a lab with great credit isnt enough because they live at home with parents right now? Now they are going to buy a house instead, which is so smart. Anyways, you guys will continue to miss out on legitimate renters and business because of this. Second instance this woman has wasted our time. Again I wish I could give at least 0 stars.
