Even after the sale she has continued to reach out and assist with communication between myself and the sellers. Avonlea is a fabulous Realtor. Despite my being out of state, she was able to accomplish everything that needed to be done to sell my house. Shes very knowledgeable. She was also very helpful in selling my vacant land. I highly recommend her and would most definitely use her again should the need arise.

Avonlea was a dynamo real-estate agent to work with and very knowledgeable of the Mat-Su Valley. She was readily available when we wanted to view properties. She was quick to supply requested support docs, as built, surveys, specs, tests, prior inspections, and builder info. Avonlea was very organized with stacks of necessary docs, follow up on the inspection corrections including some corrections she even identified outside of the inspection report. She was a strong negotiator on our behalf with the builder. We greatly appreciated her knowledge to steer us through the entire process. She stayed calm and professional.
