        RENTERS BEWARE!!! If you are a renter you will not be treated respectfully. Marnice Marshall is incredibly unprofessional and would lie rather than take accountability for honest mistakes. Blows things up worse than they need to be. Marnice Marshall is property manager and controls all aspects of rental properties. You WILL have to deal with her if you rent so save yourself the trouble and rent through better avenues. Noone else at the business is willing to help and all roads of contact lead back to just being ignored by Marnice, Krystal, or Traci. Very disappointed overall.
