First time homebuyer, Chuck was patient and experienced. He helped me throughout the whole ordeal, while getting me a good rate. He even assisted me, when I was in a rush and needed to move in earlier than expected. They are military friendly.

My husband and I unfortunately did not enjoy renting through Lymburner. We rented a property that was brand new and upon move in there were a lot of missing links (couldn't pull into the garage safely because the driveway path did not line up with the garage, missing window screens, no fire extinguisher upon move in, a promised outdoor storage shed that was never built, and a new yard that continuously flooded because the watering hoses were never shut off in a timely manner). After we were finally settled, any maintenance request that I logged usually took 4-6 months to complete. It was also frustrating when I would stop by the office in person to get more details, to then just be handed a business card and told to text or call a number. We loved our rental but the lack of concern and help we received was not what we were expecting. If I could give one piece of advice to Lymburner (Rentals), it would be to build a community and team where tenants can feel confident in their rental always being taken care of and a knowledgable reception staff that can answer pivotal questions rather than hand you a business card. We enjoyed living in North Pole and hope future tenants have a better experience.
