It is terrifying to start the process of buying your first home. Nic made it easy and seamless. He talked me through every step starting with getting pre-approved. He was onsite at inspections and walk-throughs, available for questions and extremely patient as we talked through various decisions that had to be made. He has a vast knowledge of all the little nuances involved with buying a house here in interior Alaska and our unique market here. I felt so well taken care of by his entire team. I could not have asked for a better home buying experience. I am really excited to be settled into my very first house! Thanks Nic (and Randi and Bryan!). You are fabulous.

Run the other way. There are so many issues with my home that were undisclosed. I have had multiple repairmen and contractors come out to tell me that this home should not have been sold to us with everything that is wrong. These things were made out to seem like not too big of a deal. When we first moved in there didnt seem to be anything wrong, but things slowly started to come to light. There were so many things that were UNDISCLOSED. Save yourself the pain and stress. They only care about their profit. Not you.

Never buy a home from this company , I was taken advantage of as a first time home buyer and the issues that were apart of the house I purchased that were made to seem like not a big deal turned out to be a big deal. Water softener ,boiler and septic all not working properly 8 months into owning the home and quite a few problems that were not disclosed and no running hot water. Its crazy how this was all inspected and passed. Since being here Ive had to have the septic pumped twice because the lines are not down in the ground deep enough and the septic backs up into the house with feces water spilling out the bathroom shower and tub drains. As a disabled veteran myself I want to say Im not sure how you can willingly take advantage of someone who has brain damage and is buying their first house. I really hope the commission was worth it for you.

I CANNOT recommend Nic Williams enough to be your realtor. My mom unexpectedly passed away and I had no idea what to do with the home me and my brother grew up in. I sat on this for a few months and after a recommendation from a friend, I called Nic Williams and his team. Without hesitation, Nic immediately set up a time to check out the property and meet. I had no experience with selling a home and I was completely overwhelmed. However, no matter how many questions I had, or how many times I asked him to re-explain something, he spent the time with me to make sure I was comfortable and understood what was happening. He and the entire Summit team made every step comfortable, incredibly quick, and easy. Not to mention, he presented me with a bid before the property went onto market over thanksgiving. That just goes to show how dedicated he is to taking care of his clients. The communication was perfect. I received weekly video updates in a group chat with the team, which is a service I appreciate and havent seen from any other business. I would also would like to give thanks to Rena. She was extremely patient with me going back and forth on documents regarding items that went with the sale of the house. I really appreciated this because I had a hard time with making some of these decisions. Again, you cant go wrong with Nic and the entire Summit team! They made a difficult time for me that much more easy
