Northern Access

Fabulous customer service. Very accommodating and the van was a dream. I named it Pippy for the journey and we saw a lot of the beauty that is Alaska through that windshield and enjoyed some amazing camping. Thank you! Great trip! I fully intend to see you again next year!

5 star rating for the camper van, customer service and transperancy. We rented a camper van for 9 nights and would do it again next time we are in Anchorage. The whole process from booking to returning the vehicle is so smooth. I had a lot of questions before booking and Jenna was more than patient answering them all. The van comes with great REI sleeping bags and pillows, small camper stove, basic cookware. There is a copy of milepost provided as well, which was really helpful as we changed plans multiple times based on what others we met during hikes and activities told us. They also provided us with a 3 gallon water jug (we requested it), an extra blanket and great recommendations Dana actually came to drop off the van and pick it up during return from locations in downtown Anchorage which was great since that saves us $$ spent on Ubers. All in all a great experience and great people running the business HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

My wife and I stayed in a Northern Access campervan for 10 nights on a tour of Alaska. The van was very easy to drive and plenty spacious for my wife and I. We made at least 2 meals a day for all of our stay and found the cooking supplies to be sufficient and easy to use. We drove up north to Denali and the weather got pretty cold at night, but as long as we used the blankets and snuggled, we were plenty warm. Northern Access was very accommodating and flexible when scheduling pickups and drop-offs. They were very friendly and gave us some good recommendations on places to go and things to do. This was our first experience with campervans and, based on our experience with the Northern Access campervan, we are already planning to get a campervan for our next big trip. We would definitely recommend this for people who want to camp with most of the conveniences of an RV, but the mobility of a van.

I highly recommend Northern Access! Jenna and Dana are GREAT, they make everything smooth and easy. The booking process is very transparent, no hidden fees, and clear insurance options. They were very flexible regarding pick up and drop off hours and locations. And the van is clean, in a good shape and comes with all that you need to survive in the wildest Alaska. Thanks again Dana and Jenna, we will come back!
