So I was driving down diamond right next to Costco and mermaid imports and a white male in a white truck with this business name and number on the side jumps out in front of me while driving at normal speed down diamond and when I honked at him and switched lanes he gave me the finger and started point to his business sign like he expected me to call and nothing would be done. This is horribly unprofessional and disrespectful to our community shame on you.

A couple of years ago, after a huge wind/snowstorm, we called Chinook for help. George came out immediately and did temp repairs and replaced the roof the following spring. His team did a great job. This year, we found a leak after our latest huge storm. We thought it was due to the unusually big snowload on the roof and likely a blocked vent or icing around it. We called Chinook and the message said they were booked up, so I kind of lost hope for a moment. We were so surprised when George called back about 5 min later, then came out personally within an hour of our call to make sure the original roofing job was still sound. He cleared all the vents and made sure the roof was not damaged. End of problem. That's what I call amazing, customer loyal service! Service: Roof repair for storm & wind damage
