Owner (James) hung up on his customer.
Contacted them to shovel snow off roof and get pics of roofing beneath for insurance company. Workers were efficient and polite, showed me the photos and assured me that the insurance company could get them from the roofer directly.
After several days of office staff telling me "We'll try to find them (the pictures) for you", I called back after 10 days of waiting to insist I get the pictures I paid for. The owner called me back, upset with my insistence, and explained that photos are not a service that they offer, there was nothing about photos in the work order, and that the $450 I paid them was just for shoveling and not photos, and hung up the phone on me.
I know the photos exist. They were the whole point of the service call, but Earhart Roofing Company refuses to give them to me. $450 wasted simply because the owner won't do this simple thing. Recommend finding someone more reasonable, like Holland Roofing.
Update: Photos were provided but several days too late, after I'd hired a replacement. If James had apologized I would have changed this review, but he did not.

Yeah not impressed with a driver. Roads are bad, got a spare tire on my car right now. Someone was taking up two lanes and not being mindful. I get to the red light and the weirdo is trying to talk to me through his window commenting on my drivingwhoever wants to use this company good luck, because whoever I had the misfortune of running into this morning seems to be childish.

Absolutely the best roofing company in Alaska. Professional, timely, efficient. I can't say enough about this company. They made my house look brand new.
