Called to have some repair work done after a wind storm, left message, emailed. finally got ahold of him, said he would get me an estimate, no estimate. Called again emailed him. The guy just blew me off

Very happy with the gutter installation on our property. AK Custom Gutters was easy to work with and they offered the best product. We got exactly what we asked for and I would highly recommend their services.

Sadly I can't provide a review. I called 2 weeks ago after purchasing a home and looking for new gutters to replace old plastic ones. Set an appointment for 8/24/18. They showed up on 8/23/18. I give them a little credit because they at least called prior to heading out for an estimate. Then, 4 calls later asking for the quote, with each and every time, I was told hold on, I will send it now with the exception of the last time, they asked me to give them 2 minutes and he'll call me back. 26 hours later, I guess I've realized they must not want my money. The competition on the other hand, I set the appointment for 8/17/18. They showed on time, called prior to arriving and they left with my quote in my hand. I am in the service industry myself and have been for over 35 years. Good Customer service will always lead in my book.
