After finding out Wasilla and 2 other Anchorage locations were all closed with signs on their door for staffing or gas issues, we were thankful Diamond was open. Dylnn was not only helpful and knowledgeable but his customer service was top notch.

Let me tell you "DYLAN NEEDS A RAISE" I witnessed not only going above and beyond for his customer "that only spoke spanish" Also was helping other customers at the same time, acknowledged everyone that came through the door and was able to keep calm. Dylan is the kind of person that I wish I could give a tip to.

Sergio & Dylan are amazing! I couldn't get help from cricket midtown& I called diamond center they told no problem we can help you figure it out, I was having major tech issues with my phone, they fixed the issue & made sure that my phone was ring and working correctly before leaving. I have never had such good customer service from cricket! I would suggest everyone go to the diamond center if you want good customer service, that cares about the quality of their service.
