Niki at K&W was the most knowledgeable and helpful person on my new home construction! She made decision making manageable, had excellent recommendations and things to take into consideration. She was responsive and clear in her communications. And, very patient as I kept changing my mind! We worked with Nicole and Kaitlyn - both are very helpful, knowledgeable, and responsive. We were in and out of the Anchorage area so they made it very easy to meet virtually from afar or coordinate with email. The only minor critique we have is the company charges a 3% service fee for credit cards. There are other payment options so no problem, but would be preferable to not pass the credit card fees onto the customer.
