They were awesome to work with. We walked in with a rushed order and Patrick helped us make it happen. Our installer Hugo Pichardo was the best installer we could have asked for. He went above and beyond to help us have our whole house carpeted in one day. My wife and I cant recommend working with floor craft and Hugo enough.

Our experience with Florcraft / Anchorage was just as satisfying as that with their Soldotna branch. Patrick was very helpful, visiting our home to verify the measurements, facilitate product selection, and arranging for installation when the carpet arrived. The installer and his young preschool son were pleasant and the work was done quite well. We are well pleased and would use them again.
