roach problem and theyre idea of taking care of it asap is letting you bring your newborn son into the home after 5 days in the hospital to roaches that were supposed to be taken care of asap

Was once a great place but new community director who isn't experienced in this profession really brought the property down. It's still salvageable but something needs to change with The C.D. From the way she talks to you all the way to downplaying your issues. If your issues are acknowledged it's usually a bandaid fix. Trash was once done twice a week now the dumper sits full 3 days until they finally dump it once a week. The windows and doors are poorly insulated, no fault to management buildings are just old, but the baseboard heaters run off the companies dime to compensate this, but its still not enough as the winters generally get pretty cold and the apartments struggle to heat pass 75 during the day.. 7/1 edit: I complained back in March about the laundry room not properly draining water, the machines just empty the water onto the floor. Upon complaining to my "landlord" I was told that a plumber would be out within the week to fix the issue. Here we are in July and the laundry room continues to drain through the floor drain and the places smells like mold. And we still don't have a designated maintenance man they just circle jerk the current ones from other properties .
