Was happy when I first moved in almost two years ago... But since then... Well... On 1/2/2024 my unit was flooded from a broken master pipe behind a locked door... Flood was first thing in the morning and almost half of my unit was flooded and unusable... Property management didn't have any communication with me, didn't show any care when I called asking about temp housing while loud and very hot fans were drying my carpets for SEVEN full days (raising my electric bill like crazy) my kid couln't use his room and we could not use our living room because of the fans and wet carpets. The managers refused to temp rehome us, said it was totally acceptable for us to live in our house. My child, myself, our dog and cat, were all confined to my room for SEVEN days to escape the loud and hot fans. The property managers have not followed up with me on anything, have not called for any updates, did not notify my neighbor about enter their unit to clean up (neighbor was out of town and had to call me for details of why her unit was destroyed). Been living here for almost two years, and so not happy with lack of care... Maintenance is amazing!!!
