James Kiefer is absolutely terrific! His stellar service and helpful attitude is stand out. The community is well maintained, safe and all neighbors Ive met are quiet, clean and pleasant. So very glad I chose to move in here.

0 starts if possible. I called in to ask simple questions about my bill and Im not sure if Rachel was having a bay day but she had an attitude with me, completely unprofessional. There was an instance where a pipe busted into my apartment. The carpet was already old so instead of replacing it the pulled it up and had fans running all day jacking up my power bill. Having to deal with the mildew smell I asked them to clean it. They said they take care of it no charge. Then mysteriously I had a carpet cleaning fee. Anything to save a buck I guess, at the expense of the tenant.
