I recently visited the store not to dine in but pickup food delivery. Upon arrival I don't get anyone to help me.. I had been there a good 5 minutes and finally a worker asked me about my order. He told me that it was coming. I saw that it was very unorganized and chaotic. The way the orders were coming in it's obvious that they got behind and backed up. I had to unassigned that order. But, the worst was the way I was treated by the manager. This lady told me that I wasn't even supposed to be in the restaurant at that time. Lobby was closing and all orders have to be picked up in drive thru. I told her I had been there over 25 minutes.i was there well before then. This is a poorly run restaurant not professional AT ALL. Avoid this location. Especially Late night. Just horrible service.

This location never has any items. They havent been able to serve a chocolate Frosty for the past 6 months, and half of the items on the drive-thru menu are unavailable. No idea whats happened to this Wendys as it used to be great even during the worst of the supply chain issues.
