They really need to pay attention to when customers walk in and wait to order ... Some of the front end staff are very rude .You tell them thank you and have a nice day the don't even look at you

MCDONALD'S HAS FALLEN SO FAR, THEY SEEM TO NOT KNOW HOW TO COOK FRENCH FRIES ANYMORE,THEY ADVERTISE ONE PRICE (40 PIECE NUGGETS) BUT CHARGE YOU ANOTHER,THE MCDONALD'S ACROSS FROM ARBY'S IN COTTONDALE IS TERRIBLE

Asked for #7 meal with mild sauce and frappe, read back #2 meal and said frappe machine was down, second day in a row it was down. Told her I just wanted the 2 burritos, no meal. When I got to the windows she asked me if I had the #2. I said no, the two burritos. I could tell she didn't know how to fix it. Pretty sure she's knew, haven't seen her. She asked for help, a guy came over. Reconfirmed my order. Took like five minutes just for them to figure that out. Next window, asked if I had the burritos (plural), said sauce was in the bag. When I opened the bag later, there was only one burrito and hot sauce (not mild that I asked for). There is always a problem or muultiple at this location. I have also paid for an entire meal I didn't receive due to it taking way too long and not getting my money back after being told by higher mgmt they would help and didn't reply. I returned for the first time in months and the woman at the window just turned away when I said thank you. Not nice or welcoming. Also, the lid on my drink was halfway off. It would've spilled in my car if I hadn't realized and fixed it. Guess I'll try Hardee's

This McDonald's gets the worst rating I have ever given, and I hate to give bad reviews, but this one was the pits! Obviously, this place was severely understaffed which led to the slowest possible rate and still screwed the order up, had us waiting 29 minutes, brought the wrong bag first, then took additional time after getting the order semi- right, failed to give us a receipt, and did not include the pie, dropped the bag off to us without saying anything about waiting for our pie to cook. I had to go in to inquire about the pie and then informed us of the cooking time. We waited again for another 10 minutes. The food was cold, small for the price, and generally in a crappy state. This incident was totally uncalled for. My father needed to eat because his sugar was dropping, waiting longer didn't help matters. Even while waiting in the car for the pie to arrive, the vehicle in front of us totally poured out a whole drink intentionally, probably because it sucked too! I will never visit this location ever again. I'd advise anyone else to avoid this problematic McDonald's. DONE! The
