To preface, I don't like regions bank and regions bank did kind of screw me over when I was going through a bad situation so the organization as a whole needs a huge overhaul.
However, this location in particular was a huge help with my mom's situation regarding complicated martial issues and signed her up for a secured credit card considering she had no credit. Because of this branch, for the first time in her life my mom has good credit (A score above 700) on her own without being tied to anyone else.

I've been a Regions customer for well over 15 years and have never had an issue that couldn't be resolved to my satisfaction. No matter what branch I visit or whether I use the drive thru or lobby, my visits are always a pleasant one.

I went through the drive through to deposit several checks. The teller was friendly and polite. I didnt wait very long, and my visit was quick and courteous!

A few months ago after updating my regions app, I was locked out of my online account. I am a nurse (hourly employee) so I had to leave work early and lose pay to physically go into a branch to get the problem fixed after trying unsuccessfully over the phone to get it fixed. Well, I had to update again and neither my phone or an actual computer would take my online ID and/or password. I sent MULTIPLE emails and never once got a response. Called multiple times and was never able to get through. Finally posted a comment on their website and received a call from their resolution center. After multiple attempts, this person also was unable to fix the issue and said I had to yet again make a special trip to a branch to have it resolved. I went immediately to the branch and went to the drive through and was told the branch had closed 15 minutes previously but that I could drive all the way across town in traffic to another branch to get the issue resolved or come back tomorrow before 5. I havent been able to view my account for 4 days now but they refused to either at least TRY to fix the problem at the branch or at least let me come inside to try to fix it. I asked that they just close the account instead and was told I would have to come back to do that too!! I did absolutely NOTHING to cause this problem (didnt change or forget my password, just updated my app) and this is twice in just a few months that a problem like this has occurred. Ive been a Regions customer for at least 35 years. Im not wealthy by any means but I keep a fairly significant account balance, am never overdrawn and have excellent credit, i.e. Im a very good customer! I feel like the branch should have handled this differently. Its going to be a nightmare changing all of my automatic payments (I pay all of my bills online and every account that allows me to set up automatic drafts, Ive done that), no to mention having to change my auto deposit paycheck but I am pretty certain Im about to find another bank!
