This bank is a joke. Ive had to call so many times about money missing out of my account or them randomly freezing my account and every time you call about your account they charge you $2.

Im with them. Im just going to tell the truth about them. You will have to watch your money because they will take money out your account without you knowing. Will overdraft your account. When you have the overdraft protection. You suppose to have free online transfer. No that a lie! They still charge you.

I just went in to open an account and was denied the opportunity because I wasnt a resident of the state of Alabama, Im a former customer and opened my previous account in Kentucky but Im a resident. To me the black teller was being lazy and I can say that because Im a black male. I travel the nation and I see the misery of people not enjoying what they do

You need to add the disclosure that if you close an account within 180 days of opening that there is an additional fee even on no fee accounts. This is not anywhere I could find except by asking before opening an account.

Yesterday afternoon I deposited on two accounts and it hasn't been posted here it is 2;:30 pm! I was told due to short staffing it would be Monday! I have been banking here for over 11 years and I think it's time to change. Supposedly it's all new staffing and if they had more than one person working they could get their job done. Mind you there are about 4 or 5 there but I guess they are paid to stand around and look pretty! You're going to lose slot of business because of attitudes and laziness!! I guess I'll go hungry til Monday since I deposited all my money and can't use my card and I don't have any checks because I pay online!
