Since move in Sharen Cooke has been the most amazing person ever even when it came to my apartment issues and going about it to get my work orders completed , but maintenance is horrible . My apartment came full of roaches and still there till this day and minor issues(major ) only due to the fact that I have an 1 year old roaming around the house that needs to be fixed still till this day but when it comes to maintenance theyre very lazy. Ive put in the same work orders several times and they keep marking them as complete and I come home to the same issues that I reported the first time . I can say they have did their best when it came to getting pest control to come out but even with that the people that came with pest control were lazy they only baited the kitchen and kept telling me its not an big infestation when its the biggest infestation ever in each and every room. The apartments are beautiful but the trouble from move in is not worth the rent we pay .

Beautiful homey place. In office, Sharen Cooke has excellent customer service and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is at satisfaction .
