Pritchett-Moore Properties

Great rental agency. We've rented a home from them for 3 years. Although our lease was not renewed this year, they were very helpful through the process of finding a new house to rent. We decided to rent another property through Pritchett Moore and we are please with their overall service.

None of their houses are pet friendly. Some you can have a dog over 20lbs. In my experience the listing said pets under 20lbs. Once I submitted the application they informed me that infact it was a no pet policy. I was out the application fee and they updated the listing. Still didnt give me my money back for their mistake. Id hate to actually do business with them.

I do not offer it to any one. I submitted 3 different request for maintenance of property and after one month, there was no response and action for that. There are roaches in my property and pest control does not have any effect on that. we do not see any dead roach after spraying, while we see 2 or 3 of roaches every morning. Same happened to my friends home and he returned the property. I am also thinking about that.
