For the most part the office staff is great, but specifically, Kita is horrible. She is nothing but rude and does absolutely to aid residents. She escalates every situation I have brought to her and creates a screaming match for no reason. If you can tolerate extreme disrespect, then this is the place for you.

This place is ridiculous! The office staff is full of morons who can't even explain your monthly rent. They play games with billing. Three straight months of billing issues. They charge you for "third party fees" and refuse to provide details. This past month they charged 200.00 extra for water (for month of September) and refuse to provide water meter proof of the used water. Constant issues with office. Will NOT renew next year.

The apartments were very nice, and I loved how clean they were. I also love the kind staff, especially Kylie Friese. She was so warm and welcoming when I toured the building. I felt very comfortable during my visit thanks to her! Overall, it was a nice place.
