If you are a student, do not move here!!! We moved my son in August 2022. It is now October and the police have been called several times. The front door was kicked off the hinges and 24 hours later, maintenance has not fixed the door and management will not offer a solution. They will not return phone calls and will not speak to you over the phone. I hate that we signed a lease and I am looking for any loophole to get out of this lease. This place is not safe for students!!!!

Do not stay here!!!! There is a new problem every week that barley gets fixed. They are rude. Hallways are dirty. Not your ideal apartment especially for college students.

not good. I like many others i witnessed were disgusted as we moved our students this fall. I moved my son in 6yrs ago and it was night and day. the hallways were disgusting with mold and growth on waste on walls and trim...floors sticky and grimy, stairwells that you needed to hold your breath in, garbage rooms overflowing into parking garage, windows that have not been cleaned from looks like forever, no organization or coordination for move in day, the pool furniture I may sit down on with a wet suit on, the whole place wreaked with complacency, inept management , and the expectation that housing is needed soooo...we just won't spend anything on maintenance. just pitiful. rent elsewhere until ownership gets their act together. thank you and appreciate you asking me for my comments.
