The place has gone down hill. Poor communication from management. Maintenance is nice but they don't really address issues to ensure they won't continue to happen. Be cautious about the reviews - they used to give rent credit/giveaways for reviews. Rent deposits are paid back illegally late. I strongly do NOT recommend living here.

This place has a nickname with the police its so bad with crime .. it also has carpet beetles, which is a step down from bedbugs and you will have zero support past getting your carpets cleaned. They are very invasive. Management absolutely is the worst we have experienced with one other over 5 years. Do NOT rent here

I had the pleasure of staying at this property under both management companies. I can honestly say that the new management team is the best "Angie" sorry I don't know the tall maintenance guy name. My air went out after hours and the maintenance guy had just made it home which he informed me he stayed over a hour away and he drove back and repaired the air in the rain. Angie most definitely keeps her word and make sure that the property is safe and clean. The neighborhood is quiet, the apartments are great size and price is very affordable. I would highly recommend. I only moved because I had to relocate to a different city.

I lived here for a little over a year and moved out end of Dec. First year I had no issues. Maintenance and manager were nice and friendly. After a year I suddenly had a gnat infestation due to no fault of theirs or mine. It was terrible and disgusting. Never experienced anything like it. Maintenance and manager were very nice and helped me as much as they could with pest control etc. The issue finally calmed down I think due to the cooler weather. Things took a turn for the worse after I had new neighbors move above me. The new neighbors were extremely noisy. At first I let it slide b/c they had just moved in. After about a month the issue persisted and I contacted manager. She addressed it with the new tenants and it still persisted. Keep in mind I have lived at many apartments complexes and understand you are going to hear noises and disturbances from time to time. Thats just the price you pay in an apartment. However my new neighbors would be playing loud music, tv, (not sure what) but something loud and it would be at like 3 a.m! Thats unreasonable. I work full time and have kids. People who have a job/careers are asleep at this time of the night/morning. I could deal with loud noise at a reasonable time but not the wee hours of the morning and not constantly. The manager ended up saying she didnt know what else to do and the tenant said they felt like they couldnt do anything without me reporting them. I only reported it maybe 3 times. It kind of made me feel as though she thought I needed to just deal with that or that I may have been exaggerating. Mind you I had lived there over a year and had no issues with noise with my previous neighbors. I ended up moving out as I refuse to pay money to live where I cannot be comfortable or feel valued. The manager and maintenance guy are nice people. However the type of people that were moving in and my experience toward the end of my stay there was not the best. Would not move back.
