Aspen Village Apartments

I moved here in 2020 & have been very satisfied with my living situation at Aspen Village. The staff are always very courteous & professional & my maintenance requests are always taken care of expeditiously. The courtesy officers on staff are always great at addressing any after hour concerns as well. My only criticisms are they employ a lawn maintenance crew who do a poor job almost every time they come out & the buildings & sidewalks need pressure washing more often. Additionally, outside cameras would be nice to deter the breaking of community rules & littering.

Renewed my lease and that was the worst thing i have ever done have reached out to the office by phone and email was told someone would reach back out to me last Thursday never heard from anyone prices are way overpriced also hot water keeps going out

Quiet, mostly clean, staff is cool but most importantly, CONVENIENT! Any store you can think of is less than 15 min away. I can walk to walmart in 11 min. So the drive is like 3 min.

They have Roaches BADLY ! Called the first time expressed how I felt . I dont know where they are coming from they put me down on the pest control list . Man came and sprayed one time barely sprayed at that . Few weeks went by still roaches coming from everywhere in the apartment . I called the second time the lady wrote down the wrong apartment number so pest control guy had to come later that week . Update : STILL have roaches and I dont know where they are coming from !!! Clearly spraying is NOT working !! Thats all they are offering . I will be having a newborn in less than 3 weeks !!!! I will not be renewing a lease with them and if I can break the lease it surly will !

The prices are extremely too high for non renovated apartments. Neighbors are loud and constantly slamming doors and blasting music. Tenants and their visitors dont respect property. My boyfriends truck was hit by another vehicle and after reaching out to Aspen for help, why dont you have cameras on this complex? There are many vehicles that get hit here way too often for there not to be cameras! Management basically blows it off and has no intention of fixing this issue not even the courtesy to reach out. Once my lease is up, I wont resign.
