Horrible Management! If I could give below zero stars I would!! My daughter is attending UA. It is two weeks before Thanksgiving and she was given a notice that her building along with two other buildings are going to be renovated and she has to move to a different apartment this weekend!! She is a full time student with exams and a job. She can’t just up and move with no notice!!The management is not available to speak to about this. I live 4 hours away and have to make arrangements to help her move. I wish that we would have never signed a lease here! They have absolutely no consideration for their tenants!Stay clear at all costs!!!!

Very disappointed in this place (0 stars) . Bugs and mice everywhere. First and second time you call, they're great, after that, you are on your own. They change the electricity plan in the middle of the lease. Use to be $40 per room was free, you then pay anything over that. Now, they charge you more and take out of your account with out telling you. Since the new management company has taken over this place is the worst. Thankfully, will not be renewing next year and I would not recommend

Now that we have to pay utilities separately, there is no transparency as far as how much to pay. Figuring out rent each month is guesswork. There's a strong chance you'll have missed some hidden charge they've tacked on, and you'll get notified with a friendly seven-day notice of termination. But don't worry---you can pay online---for an extra $17 "convenience fee."
You'd think that these extra fees would go toward hiring competent maintenance staff. You'd be sadly mistaken. We've had water intermittently leak up from underneath the floorboards in the bathroom for two years. After countless maintenance calls, the issue remains. Expect---at the bare minimum---two calls for even the simplest of problems to be resolved.
It's a great place to live if you like paying random fees, having to badger the staff to fix basic issues, and hearing the occasional gunshot. If you're less fond of these features, find somewhere else to lay your head at night.
Edit: Shortly after I had written this review, a resident was found to have been struck by one of these stray gunshots and killed in his sleep. After this tragic accident, I fear for my safety living here, and my lease doesn't expire until next year. Stay away from here. Find another place to live, even if it's a bit more expensive or farther away from campus. Your life may depend on it.
