image I have stayed here four times within a year to visit my family and bring my service animals with me and each time they give me a hard time about them, although they are pet friendly they want to charge me $15 a day for each of my dogs. I have showed them their letter on the first and second visit so didnt think I needed to keep bringing the documents but my last visit they said I would have to pay so I canceled a additional night I was gonna stay and went to red roof inn and they charged me anyway for the night . I told them I would not stay with them anymore because my ESA animals always traveled with me.They kept a full night stay payment even after I canceled my reservation, They are also undergoing construction so they were making noise , and passing by my room several times a day which disturbed me and my dogs and knocking on my door asking me to get out of my room so they can do some work to the room I paid for VERY ANNOYING AND VERY UNCOMFORTABLE AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! We wont ever stay here again
Rooms: Beds make a loud noise when you move , its a loud bang that comes from under the bed , not comfortable
Noteworthy details: Creepy old man employee , caught him looking through my door after coming in from the pool one time, he was afraid of my ESA animals, treated them like they were vicious and they weigh 7-9 lbs under construction and remodeling a lot of stuff in walk way and a lot of traffic back in fourth in front of your room also asked if I could evacuate my room for them to move some furniture , um Im there states away from home where would you like me to go ? So inappropriate!! Will tell everyone about 1*

image Was told I would be in a king room. Got to the room. It was a queen, fine whatever. Went in set my stuff down went to the restroom and there were roaches everywhere. Checked out immediately and asked for refund on the room was asked to call Monday for a refund. I declined and received a piece of paper and was told that it would take 7 to 10 business days to receive my money back
